Your sessions are exactly just that – yours. There will always be a plan for the time allotted, but we can pivot to accommodate what your body is feeling and needing in the moment. For example, if our plan is dedicated to low impact cardio, but your muscles are feeling tight and exhausted, the session and be crafted to slow stretch and foam rolling.

Sessions can be part of a plan or simply scheduled as you want or need them.

It’s your time, and your session

Sessions can be based on (but certainly not limited to)

  • muscle stretch and tension release

  • increased mobility

  • post physical therapy continued goal achievement

  • active aging

  • cardio and endurance

  • foam rolling and range of motion

  • functional movement

Our Services

  • We offer one on one sessions of 45 or 60 minutes.

  • We offer group sessions of 2-8 participants. (Pricing is based on group size and goals)

Plus Up Menu

Any 60 minute session is eligible for 15 minutes of “Plus Up” to enhance or add more to your goals.

15 Minutes of Dedicated Foam Rolling

You will receive 15 minutes of foam rolling on specific areas of your body that you may need some extra relief or release. This is a wonderful way to end a session and allow your muscles to relax and detox.

15 Minutes of Aromatherapy and Gentle Stretch

You will receive 15 minutes of gentle stretch to release tension and promote relaxation paired with a cool towel infused with essential oils.
